This website and products offered to you, the user, are conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein upon purchase. Please read the information carefully. Your access to, and use of, this website and sale of products or services constitutes your agreement and contractual obligation to all such terms, conditions, and notices herein.  Read these sale terms carefully as they express obligations and limitations that may apply to you.  By placing an order on any of our sites, platforms subsidiary companies, or sponsors, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these terms of sale, without limitations or qualifications of any sort.  These terms and conditions are subject to modification without prior written notice and at any time at the owners’ sole discretion.

Refund policy

If you find that you do not like the scent or product you ordered, we can only offer a discount on your next purchase. We do NOT take returns or exchanges.  We only take returns on items shipped in error or defective.  You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order (determined by the tracking number provided).   However, we cannot accept returns on worn and washed t-shirts, hand and body products, melted or used wax products, kitchen items, and spice orders.  You may return or exchange your diffuser products – as long as they have not been used or removed from the original packaging – within 30 days of receiving your order. Oils cannot be returned, period.  All returns and exchanges are subject to review. Please provide supporting images concerning your claim to Customer Support (sales@bierdeckel.us). Please see the below regarding the scent diffuser (machines) return policy for a refund.

Machine Return Policy
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. The diffuser must be unused and in its original packaging with all parts and accessories. There will be a 30% restocking fee for any diffusers (machines) returned in 100% resealable condition. The diffuser (device) must be unused. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. There will be no refunds on used diffusers (machines).  We are not responsible for phone compatibility with the app associated with the diffuser (device).  We do not provide a shipping return label. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 10 – 14 business days from the date we receive your return for us to process the refund or exchange in the original form of payment.

Order Fulfillment Time Frame

All of our products are custom-made to order including t-shirts, home fragrances, home decor, and kitchen products. While we strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, due to high order volume, orders can take up to 3 business days to ship.  You will receive tracking information once your item has been packaged and a shipping label has been placed on your item. USPS / UPS / FedEx pickup and scan is determined by the carrier and is out of the control of Ideal Patriot Woodcraft et al.  The typical fulfillment time frame is 1 business day (Monday-Saturday).  All orders must be shipped to the billing address.  We do not ship to 3rd parties.  Be sure your billing address matches your shipping address.

Orders Not Received or Damaged

If you did not receive your items or they are damaged, please contact the courier with your tracking number to inquire on where your package is.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages for any reason which includes theft after delivery or wrong address.  Once in the hands of the USPS, UPS, or FedEx, it is your responsibility to file a package trace or file a claim with the United States Postal Service or another company as indicated by your tracking number.  New rules established by USPS require that the receiver produce proof of damage during a claim by taking the item to the USPS local office for analysis.  We will do our best to assist our customers when a package is lost. We always recommend contacting your local post office first as well as leaving a note for your mail carrier explaining what happened.   If they are unable to help, you must file a claim on your package.  We cannot file a claim on your behalf.  In the extremely rare case that an electronic item is not working, we offer repairs or replacement within 30 day.  The buyer is responsible for costs associated with sending it back to us for repair and we will cover the costs for return.  As mentioned above, we do not take returns for any reason.

All reports of lost orders must be provided to us, 10 days after the order ship date. If delivery confirmation has been provided by the courier, we are not responsible for any missing package or items from a package.

Order Errors Upon Receipt of Package

Once your package has been received, all reports of incorrect items, missing items, or damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receipt/delivery. We will require proof of error. We will not be able to make any adjustments after this time.

Items Missing

The owner of our companies has Multiple Degrees in Chemistry and Engineering and has worked in Quality Control for more than 20 years.  That being said, he was been in charge of creating quality policies and checks for more than 20 years in manufacturing processes including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 29001 certifications.  Even though our company is not certified, we follow these same policies and procedures.  Our orders are verified at each log point before they leave our warehouse. The size of the package and weight of all items in an order are verified against the weight recorded at shipping.  Please completely unpack everything and thoroughly search inside the box (and among packing materials such as peanuts) before calling us about a missing item.

International Shipping Notice

We can ship internationally via USPS Priority and FedEx Express. Contact us for pricing. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; We will use the proper harmonizing code pertaining to your product and customs fees are calculated by this code.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
